Before your new tenant moves into the property, our staff will conduct
a fully comprehensive ingoing condition report, which includes photos. We notify you of any repair / maintenance issues which may need to be attended too.
We prepare all documents, make sure there is a master set of keys for our office *(at cost to landlord) and lodge the tenant/s bond with the Rental Bond Board. When arranging repairs to be carried out at your property, our office only deals with fully Licensed and Insured Companies.
Each month you will receive our Newsletter via email. At the end of each financial year, we can send you an Income Expenditure Report for your Investment property *(at cost to landlord). We can arrange to pay your rental income either monthly, mid monthly or both, by either cheque or EFT. At the end of the tenancy, we will inspect your property and make sure it is left in its original
condition *(excluding wear and tear). We will also advise you if there are any repair and or maintenance issues which need attending to before the new tenant/s moves into the property. Put your property into good hands.
